About Cornerstone (About Us)
Cornerstone is the Pike County outreach of First Christian Church of Vandalia, MO. FCC-V is a non-denominational congregation that has served the Tri-County area for over one-hundred twenty-five years. It has long been the church home of scores of Bowling Green, Curryville, and Pike County families. Because they believe so strongly in local, community-based ministry, the leaders of FCC-V dedicated themselves to better serving the Pike County community by launching the new Cornerstone Christian Church ministry.
Cornerstone is a new church for a new day, bringing new hope and new life to Bowling Green and Pike County.
Cornerstone is a church that -

Cornerstone believes that:
¨ Jesus Christ is the Only Begotten Son of God, the Promised Messiah, the only Savior and Lord, and the “chief cornerstone” of the church.
¨ The Bible is the revealed Word of God, the foundation for all that we teach and practice.
¨ The Holy Spirit equips, empowers, and unites believers for ministry.
¨ The New Testament church is a free and independent, non-denominational fellowship of believers committed to serving Christ, their community, and one another.
¨ Followers of Jesus love with sincerity, live with integrity, pray with intensity and serve with consistency.
